Community Health Network Foundation selects Bob Shortle to lead board of directors; also names new board member

Indianapolis, IN---Community Health Network Foundation, the not-for-profit organization that raises financial support for Community Health Network’s initiatives to improve health and well-being in Central Indiana, recently named Bob Shortle chair of the organization’s board of directors. Co-founder and senior managing director of Periculum Capital Company, Shortle has served on the board since 2007. He follows Kathy Chabenne, who served as board chair for the past two years.

The following officers were also approved to lead the organization’s board of directors:

  • Dave Baldwin, Vice Chair
  • Kathy Chabenne, Immediate Past Chair
  • Ram Yeleti, MD, Secretary
  • Tim Wright, Treasurer

In addition, Nadine Givens was named as a member of the board. Givens currently serves as senior vice president and market director of wealth management at PNC in Central Indiana.
