INDIANAPOLIS, IN—A new option for healthcare is now available to families on the south east side. Community Health Network president and CEO Bryan Mills and Beech Grove Mayor Dennis Buckley today officially opened the Community Physician Network Family Care practice during a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The new primary care practice, located at 3850 South Emerson Avenue in Beech Grove, is staffed by board-certified nurse practitioners, who will take care of urgent needs and address and manage chronic diseases.
The opening of this practice further highlights Community’s commitment to serve Beech Grove. Community Hospital East is a proud member of the Beech Grove Chamber of Commerce.
Along with the ribbon cutting, tours of the new practice were provided to visitors. Free flu shots were also offered to veterans in honor of Veterans Day.
