Community Physician Network welcomes new providers

Indianapolis, IN--- Community Physician Network, the integrated, multi-specialty physician group at Community Health Network, welcomes the following providers:

Rachel Carr, M.D., is an OB/GYN physician who was born and raised in Indianapolis. She completed her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and her obstetrics and gynecology residency at The Ohio State University, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Carr is passionate about women’s health and is a strong believer in evidence-based medicine and staying current in the latest surgical techniques. Her interests include contraception and educating and caring for the teenage population. Dr. Carr’s office is located at 7910 E. Washington Street, Suite 300, Indianapolis.

Ryan Grimm, M.D., is a pediatrician who was born and raised in Berne, Indiana. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and his pediatric residency at Riley Hospital for Children. He enjoys caring for children of all ages, and his special interests include global health policy, nutrition and newborn care. Dr. Grimm’s office is located at 333 E. County Line Road, Suite B, Greenwood.

Christy Hartmann, M.D., is an OB/GYN physician who enjoys all aspects of women’s health care. She completed her medical degree and obstetrics and gynecology residency at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Hartmann sees patients at two locations: 13050 Parkside Drive, Suite 100, Fishers, and 7120 Clearvista Drive, Suite 3500, Indianapolis.

Amrish Malhi, M.D., is a cardiologist who cares for patients in southern Marion and Johnson counties. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and his internal medicine residency at Yale University School of Medicine, Yale New Haven Hospital, in New Haven, Connecticut. He also completed a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute, Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Malhi sees patients at two locations: 1402 E. County Line Road, Suite 2400, Indianapolis, and 1159 W. Jefferson Street, Suite 304, Franklin.

G. Matt Vail, M.D., is an infectious disease physician who is an Indianapolis native. He completed his medical degree and at Indiana University School of Medicine. He went on to complete an internal medicine residency and fellowship in infectious diseases. After spending four years in private practice, he worked at Eli Lilly as a clinical research physician. Most recently, Dr. Vail was the medical director at Community Hospital Anderson, where he led the newly developed hospitalist program. Dr. Vail’s office is located on the Community Hospital South campus at 1550 East County Line Road, Suite 301, Indianapolis.
