Community Physician Network welcomes new providers

Indianapolis, IN--- Community Physician Network, the integrated, multi-specialty physician group at Community Health Network, welcomes the following providers:

Erik Cox, M.D., is a pediatrician who was raised in Yorktown, Indiana. He completed his master’s degree in cellular and integrative physiology at Indiana University and his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Cox’s office is located at 1210A Medical Arts Boulevard, Suite 300, Anderson.

Erica Huddleston, M.D., is a family medicine physician who was born and raised in Indianapolis. She completed her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, and her family medicine residency at Community Health Network. Prior to joining Community Physician Network, she served as chief of family medicine within her residency. Dr. Huddleston’s special interests include newborn care and adolescent and women’s health. Dr. Huddleston’s office is located at 7910 E. Washington Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis.

Jihan Huggins, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician who was raised in New Albany, Indiana. She has a master of medical science degree from IUPUI and completed her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is a graduate of the Community Health Network Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Huggins enjoys caring for patients of all ages with an emphasis of preventive medicine with the goal of improving patient quality of life. Her office is located at 7910 E. Washington Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis.

Valerie Moss, M.D., is an OB/GYN physician who was born and raised in Indianapolis. She obtained her master of science degree in physiology and biophysics and her medical degree at the University of Louisville. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Flushing Medical Center in Queens, New York, where she served as chief resident. She has been recognized by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) for her minimally invasive surgery skills. Dr. Moss’ office is located at 1130 Medical Arts Boulevard, Suite 250, Anderson.

Richard Ofstein, M.D., is a vascular surgeon whose areas of interest include the endovascular treatment of aortic and peripheral vascular disease. Dr. Ofstein completed his medical degree at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and his general surgery residency at Indiana University. He completed his vascular surgery fellowship at St. Louis University. Dr. Ofstein’s office is located at 1400 N. Ritter Avenue, Suite 500, Indianapolis.

Ashlie Stallion, M.D., is a pediatrician who was born and raised in Indianapolis and attended Cathedral High School. She completed her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and her pediatric residency at Riley Hospital for Children. Dr. Stallion’s office is located at 10122 E. 10th Street, Suite 240, Indianapolis.
