Community Health Network celebrates new Stones Crossing Pavilion; Partnership with Johnson County Memorial Health broadens reach in southern region

Indianapolis, IN---Community Health Network will celebrate the opening of its newest addition to Johnson County, the Stones Crossing Health Pavilion, with two celebrations later this month. On Tuesday, September 17 at 5:00 p.m., a ribbon-cutting and open house will take place at the facility, located at 3000 South State Road 135. On Saturday, September 21, a public open house and health fair, featuring Indiana Pacers star George Hill, will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Hill, representing Community Sports Medicine, will greet fans in the pavilion’s sports performance training and physical therapy and rehab area from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

“This is another access point for Community Health Network to offer exceptional healthcare for our neighbors in Center Grove and Greenwood, “said Jon Fohrer, CEO of ambulatory services at Community. “Stones Crossing Health Pavilion will offer a full range of primary care and specialty care. The pavilion was built in partnership with Johnson Memorial Health in our efforts to expand high-quality healthcare across our southern market region.”

In addition to family physicians, Stones Crossing Health Pavilion will offer:

  • Pediatric care
  • Orthopedic specialty care
  • Women’s health
  • Behavioral health services
  • Physical therapy and rehab
  • Imaging
  • Lab services
  • Community room

During the open house and health fair on Saturday, September 21, free blood glucose and cholesterol screenings will be available, as well as health information and an opportunity to meet the physicians and health care providers at the new pavilion.
