Community Physician Network welcomes new providers

Indianapolis, IN--- Community Physician Network, the integrated, multi-specialty physician group at Community Health Network, welcomes the following providers:

Kimberland Anderson, M.D., is a family medicine physician who completed her medical degree at University of Illinois College of Medicine and her residency at Advocate Christ Family Medicine in Hometown, IL. Her office is located at 13050 Parkside Dr., Suite 230, Fishers.

Shabnam Moshref, D.O., is an internal medicine physician who grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. She completed her medical training at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA, and her internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals in Clinton Township, MI. Dr. Moshref’s office is located at 8920 Southpointe Dr., Suite B, Indianapolis.

Theresa Suozzi, M.D., is a family medicine physician who was born and raised in Indianapolis. She completed her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and her residency at St. Anthony Family Medicine Residency in Denver, CO. She comes to Community from Connecticut, where she practiced family medicine at Community Health Centers, Inc., and Hartford Medical Group. Dr. Suozzi’s office is located at 5545 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis.

Mick Welling, M.D., is a psychiatrist who grew up in Central Indiana. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at DePauw University and his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his psychiatry residency and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Welling joins Community Physician Network after working for 17 years at Community Mental Health Center in south central Indiana. He has three office locations: 2040 N. Shadeland Ave., Suite 250, Indianapolis; 7 E. Hendricks Street, Shelbyville; and 145 Green Meadows Dr., Greenfield.

Jill Wilson, M.D., is an OB/GYN who received her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Lutheran General Hospital  in Park Ridge, IL. Prior to joining Community Physician Network, she was on the faculty at Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for 10 years and served as the OB hospitalist for the maternal-fetal medicine division. Dr. Wilson’s office is located at 7910 E. Washington St., Suite 300, Indianapolis.
