Indianapolis, IN---Community Health Network is offering a convenient opportunity for south side middle and high school students to obtain their sports physicals on Tuesday, May 24, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., at Community Health Pavilion County Line, 333 E. County Line Road, Suite B, Greenwood. No appointment is needed.
The Indiana High School Athletic Association requires a sports physical prior to a student’s participation in athletic programs. Sports physicals provided by Community at this event will comply with IHSAA standards and apply to eligibility for the 2011-2012 school year.
Cost for the sports physical screening is $20. The exam will be provided by the physicians of County Line Medical Pavilion, part of Community Physicians of Indiana. Student echocardiograms will be available for those identified by a physician as in need of the screening. (Additional cost will apply.)
