You can now address many women’s health needs such as vaginal discharge/irritation, urinary tract infection, birth control needs and STI test scheduling through an E-Visit. Log in and request an E-Visit today!

Through E-Visits, you can communicate with a Community provider through secure messaging to resolve health issues without an office visit. MyChart offers a group of providers specifically for E-Visits so you may quickly see the next available provider; you cannot select your provider. E-Visits are available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Patients may have E-Visits for a variety of conditions, including COVID-19, sore throat, cough, back pain, UTI, women's health concerns, and many more.

  • To get started, log in to MyChart and go to Your Menu > Start an E-Visit with a Virtual Care Provider.
  • Select your condition and complete the questionnaire.
  • Payment is required before the E-Visit may begin. The cost of an E-Visit is billable through insurance or $25 cash pay.
  • After payment, the patient will be able to communicate with the provider about the problem through secure patient messages in MyChart.

All E-Visit communication, including instructions for the visit, will be viewable from the After Visit Summary (AVS) in MyChart. Visit details may also be accessed by your own Community primary care and/or specialty care offices.
