For Community Health Network employees and families (ages 13 and older) covered by Gold and Silver plans, these clinics serve as an extension to your primary care physician. For the days you need basic primary care services at a time when getting in with your doctor isn’t an option (think the unexpected sore throat or earache or the forgotten immunization), these clinics are a quick and convenient resource for diagnosis, treatment and arrangements for preventive care.
