Meet the Therapists

Chelsea Armbruster, MA, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in developmental delays, articulation disorders and delayed language in pediatric patients.

Marinna Davidson, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, general orthopedic conditions, and aquatic therapy. Marinna has advanced training in McKenzie Part A (lumbar spine) and is LSVT certified for Parkinson's disease.

Jamie Deerr, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in pediatric diagnoses, general orthopedics, general neurological diagnoses, sports medicine and spine pathology. Jamie has advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) Part A, Graston M1 and pain neuroscience education. She is also LSVT BIG certified for Parkinson's disease.

Jacqueline Fleagle, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and prosthetic rehabilitation. She has advanced training in functional dry needling Level 2 and is certified in McKenzie A & B, Graston technique and Kinesiotape Level 1.

Casey Hickner, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, hand rehabilitation, general neuro rehabilitation and vision rehabilitation.

Rebecca Ingram, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in knee and hip total joint replacements, neurological diagnoses, and pediatric diagnoses.

Laura Larson, MS, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest and advanced training in pediatrics, sensory integration, handwriting, feeding difficulties and neurodevelopmental treatment. Laura is certified in sensory integration.

Mindi Lewis, PT, MSPT is a physical therapist and board-certified specialist in pediatric physical therapy with a focus on early intervention. She is extensively trained in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of pediatric diagnoses, including gait abnormalities and spasticity. Mindi is also a clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Meghan Meyers, MA, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist who specializes in speech and language therapy disorders with a focus on pediatrics. She has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of a variety of pediatric diagnoses, including apraxia, speech and language delays, feeding difficulties, auditory processing disorders, and oral motor dysfunction.

James Miglin, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who specializes in general orthopedics with a special interest in spine and knee rehabilitation, chronic pain, and sports medicine rehabilitation. James has advanced training in McKenzie (MDT) Part A and Part B.

Carolyn Nobbe, PT, DPT is a physical therapist, board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy, and certified brain injury specialist with a special interest in neurological diagnoses, traumatic and acquired brain injury, stroke, vestibular rehab, concussion management, Parkinson’s disease, functional neurological disorder, dry needling, and high intensity gait training to promote locomotor recovery post stroke, brain injury and incomplete spinal cord injury. Carolyn is bilingual in Spanish, has advanced training in Graston technique, and is LSVT-BIG certified for Parkinson’s disease.

Christine Oser, MA, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist who specializes in pediatric speech and language disorders. Christine has a special interest in developmental speech and language delays in children, non-verbal communication, autism spectrum disorders, apraxia of speech and pediatric feeding. She has advanced training in pediatric speech and language assessments and Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP).

Jessica Trabel, MA, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in adult speech/language disorders, cognition, and dysphagia, as well as pediatric speech/language disorders and developmental delays.

Austin Wagner, PT, DPT is a physical therapist, ACSM certified exercise physiologist and provisional certified brain injury specialist with a special interest in sports medicine, general orthopedics, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Kylie Wainman, PT, DPT is a physical therapist, certified vestibular and concussion therapist through the American Institute of Balance, and Hesch sacroiliac practitioner with a special interest in general orthopedics, athlete rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. Kylie has additional training in blood flow restriction therapy, Graston technique and McKenzie Part A (lumbar).

Samantha Wilson, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in speech sound disorders, fluency/stuttering, autism spectrum disorders, deaf education, and pediatric feeding and swallowing.
