Therapy options available at the Shadeland location in east Indianapolis include physical therapy for orthopedic conditions, including spine and back pain, treatment of pregnancy pain, lymphedema management, and more.
Josh Chudy, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, spine, post-op rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. He also has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).
Courtney Hertel, PTA, CLT-LANA specializes in orthopedic disorders and has advanced LANA certification in lymphedema management. She also has advanced training in breast cancer and oncology rehabilitation, head and neck lymphedema management, and MDT/McKenzie Part A-D treatment of spine and peripheral joints.
Michelle Martin, PT, MS, CLT is a physical therapist who is certified in lymphedema management. She also has a special interest in orthopedics and spine/SI. In addition, Michelle has advanced training in manual therapy/soft tissue mobilization, Graston techniques and muscle energy techniques.
Jaime Rogers, PT, DPT, Cert MDT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system and custom orthotics. In addition, Jaime is certified in MDT/McKenzie evaluation and treatment of spine and peripheral joints, Graston technique and is an APTA clinical instructor.
Amber Russell, PT, DPT, Cert MDT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics. She also has a special interest in the treatment of young adult/adolescent sports medicine injuries. Additionally, Amber has advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of sports medicine injuries and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT).
Kate Timpson, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, spine and neurological rehabilitation.
