Judy Joostberns, PT, MHS, Dip MDT is a physical therapist and Diplomate of the McKenzie Institute. Judy has a special interest in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT) of the spine/SI and extremities, manual therapy, foot and ankle with orthotic fitting and fabrication and knee and shoulder injuries. Additionally, Judy has advanced training in manual therapy (McKenzie, Maitland, Mulligan), prenatal and postpartum exercise, craniomandibular disorders and Graston technique.
Amanda Owens, PT, DPT, PRPC is a physical therapist, women’s health specialist and Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner who specializes in women’s and men’s health, pelvic floor dysfunction and general orthopedics. Amanda also has advanced training in female pelvic floor (Level 3), urogynecologic examination and treatment (Level 2B), colorectal and coccyx conditions, male pelvic floor and pudendal nerve dysfunction (Level 2A).

She is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars, a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and a credentialed clinical instructor.
