Therapy services at our Hillsdale location in north Indianapolis include the full spectrum of physical and occupational therapy for orthopedic disorders and health. Specialties include therapy for TMJ pain; McKenzie, Graston, SFMA and Mulligan techniques; thoracic, spine and cervical treatment; upper and lower extremity therapy, including orthotics; chronic pain management; arthritis and osteoporosis care; and wellness coaching.

Meet the Therapists

Christina Adair, PTA specializes in general orthopedics with a special interest in pain associated with pregnancy, wellness training, breast cancer recovery and osteoporosis. She also has advanced training in Graston technique, prenatal and postpartum exercise and incorporating health promotion into PT. Additionally, Christina is YogaFit certified.

Matthew Astrologes, LAT, ATC, PTA is a physical therapy assistant and licensed athletic trainer who specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, with a special interest in shoulder and knee dysfunction. In addition, Matthew has advanced training in selective functional movement assessment (SFMA).

Paige Cardamon, PT, DPT, cert MDT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in mechanical diagnosis and therapy, sports rehabilitation and general orthopedics. In addition, Paige has advanced training in Graston technique and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT/McKenzie).

Abby Cleaver, PT, DPT, ATC is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, sports medicine rehabilitation and balance impairments. Additionally, she has advanced training in manual therapy techniques, including Graston technique, functional dry needling, joint mobilization and muscle energy technique, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of movement and muscle imbalances with the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Y-Balance test. Abby is also a certified athletic trainer (ATC).

Michael Fisher, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS is a doctor of physical therapy, orthopedic clinical specialist, and sports certified specialist who specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine with a special interest in the shoulder, knee, foot and ankle, as well as vestibular rehabilitation for concussions. In addition, Michael has advanced training in the assessment of the running athlete and throwing athlete.

Valerie Goodwin, OTR specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation and orthopedics. She also has advanced training in biomechanics of the hand, evaluation and treatment of shoulder, wrist and hand dysfunctions, upper extremity thermoplastic and neoprene splinting, nerve entrapments of the upper extremity, Graston technique and kinesiotaping.

Ron Harper, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy.  Additionally, Ron has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Y-Balance Test and is currently enrolled in the Orthopedic Manual Therapy program through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments.

Abbey Kamhi, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, shoulder rehabilitation, and hand rehabilitation. Additionally, Abbey has advanced training in Graston manual therapy.

C. Ellen Lee, PT, PhD, MPH, Cert MDT, CLT is a physical therapist with special interests in back and neck pain, chronic pain management, exercise and bone health, cancer survivorship, and older adults. Ellen is certified in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

Andrew Malloy, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy interventions of the spine and upper/lower extremities, foot and ankle dysfunction, and the assessment and treatment of running athletes. Additionally, he has advanced training in manual therapy techniques including muscle energy technique, joint mobilization/manipulation, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)/Functional Movement Screen (FMS)/Y-Balance Test. Andrew is also a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

Anna Nelson, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, sports rehabilitation and manual therapy. Additionally, Anna has advanced training in Maitland techniques.

Zachary Pigg, PT, DPT, OCS is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, hip pathology, spine rehabilitation and shoulder rehabilitation. Additionally, Zachary is a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS), has advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) Part A & B and is residency trained in orthopedics physical therapy.

Jason Pociask, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in general orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, with a special interest in shoulder, knee, ankle, foot and spine. Additionally, Jason has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and dry needling.

Matt Redshaw, PT, DPT, CSCS is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine and sports performance, with a special interest in SI joint dysfunction and the assessment of the running and throwing athlete. In addition, Matt has advanced training in Kinesio taping, joint mobilizations, manual therapy, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue mobilization. Matt is certified in Graston technique and dry needling, and is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a credentialed clinical instructor.

Sally Roscetti, OTR/CHT is a certified hand therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She has a special interest in tendon repairs, replants and revascularizations, fracture management, rotator cuff repairs, and congenital reconstructions. Sally also has advanced training in Graston technique and Kinesiotaping, as well as static, static progressive, dynamic splinting and fracture bracing.

Ryan Salata, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in general orthopedics, joint replacements, spine, shoulder, knee and athletes. Additionally, Ryan has advanced training in Graston technique and soft tissue and joint mobilization.

Brittany Schoettelkotte, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy. Additionally, Brittany has advanced training in Graston technique, Kinesio taping technique and manual therapy treatment for the lumbar complex.

Don Tarr, PTA treats orthopedic patients and patients with chronic pain. He has training in chronic pain management, positional release and muscle energy techniques.

Jennifer Vertrees, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist with a special interest in the design and fabrication of orthoses/splints for the hand, wrist and elbow, orthopedic shoulder to hand conditions, chronic pain management, and ergonomics. Additionally, Jennifer has advanced training in Graston M1 and acute care rehabilitation.

Josh Weyer, PT, DPT, OCS is a doctor of physical therapy with a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine, manual therapy, shoulder, cervical spine, knee and foot/ankle dysfunctions, assessment and treatment of athletes, return to sport progression, and video gait analysis of runners. Additionally, he has advanced training in Graston technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique (IASTM), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Y-Balance Test. Josh has also achieved Level 1 Certification for Rotational Athletes through the Titleist Performance Institute, is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and is certified in dry needling technique.

Karen Wood, PT, MHS, OCS is a physical therapist and orthopedic certified specialist who specializes in arthritis care and general orthopedic disorders, with a special interest in cervical spine, hip joint dysfunction and walking/running analysis. She has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), in the evaluation and treatment of spine dysfunction and functional mobilization/stabilization, and is proficient in the use of functional dry needling to help alleviate pain in myofascial trigger points related to acute injury or chronic pain.
