Meet the Therapists

Matthew Astrologes, LAT, ATC, PTA is a physical therapy assistant and licensed athletic trainer who specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, with a special interest in shoulder and knee dysfunction. In addition, Matthew has advanced training in selective functional movement assessment (SFMA).

Paige Cardamon, PT, DPT, cert MDT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in mechanical diagnosis and therapy, sports rehabilitation and general orthopedics. In addition, Paige has advanced training in Graston technique and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT/McKenzie).

Michael Fisher, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS is a doctor of physical therapy, orthopedic clinical specialist, and sports certified specialist who specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine with a special interest in the spine, shoulder, knee, foot and ankle, as well as vestibular rehabilitation for post-concussion syndrome. In addition, Michael is McKenzie trained and has advanced training in the assessment of the running athlete and throwing athlete.

Anna Nelson, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, sports rehabilitation and manual therapy. Additionally, Anna has advanced training in Maitland techniques.

Jason Pociask, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in general orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, with a special interest in shoulder, knee, ankle, foot and spine. Additionally, Jason has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and dry needling.

Matt Redshaw, PT, DPT, CSCS is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine and sports performance, with a special interest in SI joint dysfunction and the assessment of the running and throwing athlete. In addition, Matt has advanced training in Kinesio taping, joint mobilizations, manual therapy, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue mobilization. Matt is certified in Graston technique and dry needling, and is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a credentialed clinical instructor.

Sally Roscetti, OTR/CHT is a certified hand therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She has a special interest in tendon repairs, replants and revascularizations, fracture management, rotator cuff repairs, and congenital reconstructions. Sally also has advanced training in Graston technique and Kinesiotaping, as well as static, static progressive, dynamic splinting and fracture bracing.

Bisi Sanuth, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist who specializes in rehabilitation of the upper extremity, orthotic fabrication and neuro rehabilitation. She also has advanced training in manual therapy of the upper extremity and acute care rehabilitation.

Brittany Schoettelkotte, PT, DPT, OCS is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in general orthopedics, sports medicine and manual therapy. Additionally, Brittany has advanced training in Graston technique, Kinesio taping technique, manual therapy treatment for the lumbar complex, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).  Brittany is also an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS).
