Meet the Therapists

Brooke Armstrong, PTA is a physical therapist assistant with a special interest in neurological rehabilitation, amputees, general orthopedics, and sport medicine. Brooke has advanced training in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's, Graston technique, Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and blood flow restriction training.

Tenley Bramley, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in women's health, bladder and bowel dysfunctions, pelvic pain/dyspareunia, pregnancy and post-partum care, orthopedics and low back/SIJ dysfunction, and manual therapy. Tenley has advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and Graston ASTM techniques.

Trent Crandall, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation and sports medicine. Trent has advanced training in Graston technique, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and 3D maps.

Kyle Crane, PT, DPT, ATC is a physical therapist and certified athletic trainer with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, spinal conditions and joint replacement. Kyle has advanced training in Graston technique and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).

Taylor Fanning, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, manual therapy, shoulder, cervical spine, knee dysfunctions, geriatrics and return to golf rehabilitation. Taylor has advanced training in Graston technique.

Scott Gull, PT, MPT is a rehabilitation manager and physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics including foot/ankle, shoulders, and knees, sports medicine, and workers compensation. Scott has advanced training in Graston technique, blood flow restriction therapy and athletic training.

Mallory McPheron, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular/concussion management, pediatrics, balance, functional activity, and fall prevention. Mallory also has advanced training in vestibular, blood flow restriction therapy, and Graston technique.

Stephanie Metz, PT, MSPT is a physical therapist, board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, and certified lymphedema therapist with a special interest in pelvic health therapy for men and women, lymphedema/oncology rehabilitation, and general orthopedics. Stephanie has advanced training in Graston ASTM and is CAPP certified (Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy).

Tracy Mullins, PTA is a physical therapist assistant with a special interest in lymphedema, manual therapy, orthopedics - including spine, shoulder, hips, knees, foot and ankle - aquatic therapy, and geriatrics. Tracy is certified in manual lymph drainage and bandaging, and has advanced training in Graston technique and advanced garment fitting for lymphedema.

Elizabeth Osadczuk, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified lymphedema therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and lymphedema/oncology rehabilitation. Elizabeth has advanced training in Graston technique and McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).

Jennifer Parin, PTA is a physical therapist assistant with a special interest in general orthopedics, manual therapy, aquatics, post-operative rehabilitation and spine dysfunctions.

Lori Radcliff, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in upper extremity orthopedics and neuro rehabilitation including Parkinson's and stroke. Lori has advanced training in Graston technique and is LSVT BIG certified for Parkinson's.

Amy Robertson, PTA is a physical therapist assistant with a special interest in general orthopedics, manual therapy, aquatics, ergonomics and workers' compensation.

Darby Smith, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and sports medicine.

Dwayne Smith, PT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, worker's compensation and industrial rehabilitation, shoulder, knee and ankle rehabilitation, and physical therapy student education. Dwayne is also a certified EPIC Lift evaluator, a certified Matheson FCE evaluator, and an APTA Credentialed Clinical Educator.

Carrie Stilwell, OTR is an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience at Community Health Network. She has a special interest in upper extremity orthopedics including fracture management, cumulative trauma, tendon repairs, arthritic management, manual therapy, custom orthotics fabrication and neurological upper extremity rehabilitation after stroke. Carrie has advanced training in Graston technique and has completed advanced education programs through the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center and Philadelphia Hand Center.

Ashley VanWynsberghe, PTA, ATC is a physical therapist assistant and certified athletic trainer with a special interest in general orthopedics, including shoulder, knee, foot, and ankle, post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, pediatrics, and aquatics. Ashley has advanced training in Graston technique, blood flow restriction therapy and athletic training.

Jessica Wayman, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified falls prevention specialist with a special interest in neuro rehabilitation, amputees, falls prevention and general orthopedics. Jessica is LSVT BIG certified and has advanced training in Graston technique and blood flow restriction therapy.

Zach Whaley, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in vestibular and balance related disorders, general orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy/taping, neurological disorders, and amputees and prosthetics. Zach is DN-1 certified in dry needling and also has advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, blood flow restriction training, ASTYM, and Graston techniques.
