Robert Erwin, MD
Dr. Erwin is a primary care physician who has dedicated more than forty years to providing continuing, comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion. Originally from Vincennes and then Bedford, Indiana, Dr. Erwin received both his undergraduate and medical degree from Indiana University. Dr. Erwin then established a family practice in LaPorte, Indiana, where he cared for members of that community for over thirty years. Since then, Dr. Erwin has enjoyed living back near his family and continuing to provide care to the members of his community.
During his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Brenda, IU football and basketball, dining at a variety of restaurants in the Bloomington area, and visiting their children and grandchildren.
Peggy French, RN, FNP
Peggy earned her undergraduate degree in Nursing in 1987 from Marion College. She earned a dual degree in family nurse practitioner and community health nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2001. Peggy joined Community Health Network in 2001. She has worked with OB/GYN, spine care, occupational health, immediate care and family practice while at Community Health Network.
Fredna (Freddie) Holmgren, Health Coach

Freddie has a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of science in kinesiology, both from Indiana University. She has held a variety of roles in fitness and wellness, including coaching, personal training, teaching and worksite wellness programming. Freddie is a certified health coach, personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and is a facilitator for diabetes prevention, weight loss and tobacco cessation programs.
