Meet the Therapists

Leigh Ann Abbott, PT, MS is a physical therapist and women’s health specialist who specializes in women's and men's health including incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic muscle weakness. Leigh Ann also has experience with acute neurological rehabilitation and orthopedic disorders. She has advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), McKenzie technique and Graston technique. Leigh Ann is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, has a Senior Strength Training certification, and has received the Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy Program (CAPP-OB).

Josh Blanchard, PT, DPT, AT-Ret is a physical therapist who specializes in general orthopedics. He has a special interest in the spine and extremities with specialty training in the evaluation and treatment of the foot and ankle, knee, spine and shoulder. He is also trained in; Kinesio taping techniques; Roy Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluation; and manual therapy, including Graston ASTM. He is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.

Victoria Chilcote, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, and shoulder and knee rehabilitation.

Caitlin DuVall, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine and shoulder rehabilitation. Caitlin has advanced training in McKenzie Method – Course A.

Katherine Essink, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Additionally, Katherine is ASTYM certified.

Laura Gunderson, PTA is a physical therapist assistant with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, and post-operative rehabilitation. She has advanced training in ASTYM, running analysis and gymnastics. Laura is also an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

Abbey Kamhi, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, shoulder rehabilitation, and hand rehabilitation. Abbey has advanced training in Graston manual therapy.

Michelle Lampton, PT is a physical therapist with a special interest in lymphedema management, cancer treatment aftercare, total joint replacement rehabilitation, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation. Michelle is a certified lymphedema therapist through Klose Training & Certification for Lymphedema Management. She also has advanced training in breast cancer rehabilitation, head and neck lymphedema management, and Graston technique.

Ashley Van Buskirk, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics and sports medicine. She has advanced training in manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and manipulation, spinal manipulation, Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and Kinesio taping. Ashley is also HESCH certified.

Kerri Walls, PT is a physical therapist and certified lymphedema therapist through the Lymphology Association of North America who specializes in oncology/lymphedema management and general orthopedics. Kerri has advanced training in breast cancer rehabilitation, oncology rehabilitation, and head and neck lymphedema management. She is also a Rock Steady trained clinician for Parkinson's patients.
