John Tetrick, MD
Dr. John Tetrick was born in Huntington, Indiana and raised on a dairy farm. After serving as an artillery soldier in the Army, he went on to earn a pharmacy degree from Purdue University and a medical degree from Indiana University. Dr. Tetrick completed his residency in family practice at Community Health Network and is board certified in family medicine.
He spends his free time on his mini farm raising cattle and enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children.
Debra Ardeel-Sullivan, NP-C
Debra Ardeel-Sullivan, NP-C, is an AANC board certified adult and family nurse practitioner in primary health care. She received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Goshen College and her master of science in nursing administration from Indiana University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Coalition of Advance Practice Nurses of Indiana.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter Meredith, pets and family, and she is active traveling, hiking, gardening and attending medical mission trips.
Alissa Cohoat, NP
Alissa Cohoat is a family nurse practitioner who grew up in South Bend, Indiana. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Saint Mary's College and her master's from Indiana University. She has an extensive background in women's health and pediatrics, but loves caring for people of all ages.
In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Katie Thorne, Health Coach
Katie has a bachelor of arts degree in health and fitness from Purdue University and is a certified American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking Facilitator.
