Providers

Deborah Demaree, DO

Deborah Demaree, DODr. Demaree grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned her bachelor of science in biochemistry from Purdue University in 2007 and attended medical school at A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated with her doctor of osteopathy degree in 2011 and completed her residency in family medicine at Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency in 2014. She joined Community Health Network in August 2014.

Dr. Demaree enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two Cairn Terriers. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and dancing.

Suma Kharidi, MD

Suma Kharidi, MDDr. Kharidi completed her medical training in India and moved to Indianapolis 11 years ago. She completed her family medicine residency with Community Hospital in Indianapolis and subsequently stayed with Community and has been working in urgent care for the past 8 years. She is board certified in family medicine and also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is a certified medical examiner and is able to perform CDL’s.

She and her husband, who is also a family physician, live in Franklin Township with their three children.

Alissa Cohoat, NP

Alissa Cohoat, NPAlissa Cohoat is a family nurse practitioner who grew up in South Bend, Indiana. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Saint Mary's College and her master's degree from Indiana University. She has an extensive background in women's health and pediatrics, but loves caring for people of all ages. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Amber Fair, FNP

Amber Fair, FNPAmber Fair is an AANP board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor of arts in biology from Franklin College, a bachelor of science in nursing from IU School of Nursing and her master's degree from the University of Indianapolis. She has an extensive background as a nurse in emergency medicine and is comfortable caring for people of all ages. Amber is an active member of her church and loves spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Peggy French, RN, FNP

Peggy French, RN, FNPPeggy earned her undergraduate degree in nursing in 1987 from Marion College. She earned a dual degree in family nurse practitioner and community health nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2001. Peggy joined Community Health Network in 2001. She has worked with OB/GYN, spine care, occupational health, immediate care and family practice while at Community Health Network.

Erin Coleman, Health Coach

Erin has worked in health and wellness for five years. She has a bachelor of science degree in dietetics, and is a registered dietitian, a certified dietitian, and an Intrinsic Coach®. In her spare time, Erin enjoys working out, watching stand-up comedy and traveling.
