What is Community Quick Care?
Community Quick Care is a clinic which functions as an extension of your Community Physician Network primary care office, designed especially for our established patients. It’s a convenient option to be seen same-day even if your primary care provider doesn’t have available appointments. Additionally, Community Quick Care offers evening and weekend hours, so you can be seen when it’s most convenient for you. The nurse practitioners and physician assistants at Community Quick Care diagnose and treat you. They communicate your diagnosis and treatment with your primary care physician by keeping your electronic patient files updated so they can be easily accessed.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy. Contact your primary care physician’s office, and they will first check their same-day appointment availability. If all the appointments for the day are filled or do not work with your schedule, they will help you schedule an appointment with Community Quick Care. You may also call Community Quick Care at 317-621-6660 directly to schedule an appointment.
