Join and learn more about commercial sex trafficking in Indiana, a hidden problem. Learn typical ways young people become involved in trafficking, the co-occurrence of trauma and substance use in trafficking, some signs that you might be able to see when interacting with someone who may be involved in trafficking, and what help and support there is in Indiana for those recovering from trafficking experiences. Presenter Celeste Burcham is a licensed clinical social worker with over 35 years of experience working with survivors of various forms of trauma.

For social work graduate students, Community offers the Behavioral Health Academy™ in conjunction with the MSW programs at Indiana University School of Social Work and University of Indianapolis. Academy students receive specialized training, a stipend and additional sign-on bonus if hired by Community.
Make a Difference Through Giving: The Behavioral Health Fund
Giving to the Community Howard Foundation's Behavioral Health fund helps to provide basic needs for our clients to reduce barriers to care. These may include medication, transportation assistance, housing assistance, food, clothing, and Internet access. Our goal through this fund is to ensure that individuals in our local communities receive their needed treatment.
