Long-Term Care

Community Hospital Anderson continues to provide quality care in our extended care facilities. All of our campuses provide a highly skilled and compassionate team of caregivers to provide around the clock care to our residents. Our nursing homes provide not only long term care, but also short term rehabilitation for those who have experienced an illness or surgery and need therapy before returning home.

Whether our residents are planning to reside at our facilities for a few months or a few years, we try to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, where they can enjoy life, participate in activities and visit with their families.

Community Anderson's facilities are the only hospital owned nursing homes in Madison County. This allows for a seamless continuum of care for patients who need long term care or short term rehabilitation. As your lifelong health care partner, we provide care for you every step of the way.

Northview Care Center

Community Northview Care Center is a skilled care facility that specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Located on the grounds of Community Anderson's campus, a beautiful gazebo complements the manicured grounds on our enclosed courtyard, which can be viewed from our spacious rooms.

Enjoy a private Medicare suite with your own full bath, flat screen television, small refrigerator, table and chairs that make your stay comfortable for you and your visitors. We encourage residents to bring their own belongings from home to help make their stay more comfortable. Familiar items such as family photos, your own bedspread or dresser, and other keepsakes, make recovering from an illness or surgery much easier. Semi-private accommodations are available for long-term care needs.

As a preferred rehabilitation provider for Central Indiana Orthopedics, the center offers a specialized orthopedic area for those rehabilitating from joint replacement surgery. Skilled therapists work with patients on their rehabilitation as they progress toward recovery and, eventually, going home. Our therapy gym is fully staffed with professionally licensed, caring physical, occupational and speech therapists. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your therapy goals. Northview is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is also able to accept private pay, private insurance and long-term care insurance.
