Community Fairbanks Recovery Housing

A structured living environment is important to sustain life-long recovery from substance use disorders. At Community Fairbanks, we understand that returning home after primary treatment is not always the best option for every person. Community Fairbanks Recovery Housing offers an opportunity for patients to transition from inpatient treatment to outpatient treatment or recovery management programming.

Recovery Housing offers a structured environment where individuals can develop and practice life skills while maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle. Our supportive living apartments provide a safe and sober environment as residents continue on the road of recovery. Residents are encouraged to stay at Recovery Housing for at least nine weeks, but many choose to stay longer.

Fully furnished apartments, including WiFi, cable, and laundry service
Individual case managers for related support and guidance
Resident Success Plan customized for individual residents for smooth transition home
Recovery Enrichment Program offering sober fun and service work
Onsite resident managers for after-hours support or emergencies
Curfew checks for accountability
Random instant drug and alcohol screens for relapse prevention
Weekly onsite 12-step meetings
Transportation to Community Fairbanks programming and select 12-step meetings
Community connected to local employment opportunities
Food pantry available seven days a week
