Founded in 1994, Community Endoscopy Center is committed to providing quality digestive healthcare to all patients. Patients have a right to know if their physician has a financial interest in the surgery center. A “financial interest” means that your physician may have an ownership or investment interest through equity, debt or other means in Community Endoscopy Center. This center is jointly owned by VEI, Community Health Network and some of the physicians from Community Physician Network Gastroenterology Care. As a patient you are free to choose the center or any facility for your procedures/services required, without a penalty, subject to any limitation of your health insurance. A list of Community Endoscopy Center’s physician investors is available upon request.

Community Endoscopy Center received the 2017 Apex Quality Award for patient satisfaction and care, one of the most prestigious in the industry. The center has received this award every year since 2010, demonstrating a commitment to the highest level of excellence in customer service.
Community Endoscopy Center earned certification by Medicare in 1994. In 1996, the center achieved accreditation by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). In the state of Indiana, we were the first ambulatory surgery center solely dedicated to gastrointestinal disease to achieve this accreditation.
