Community Clinic at Walgreens offers easy access to medical care when you are sick or hurt and need help quickly. See us for minor illnesses and injuries and for help with managing chronic diseases.

Same-day online appointment scheduling is available. Walk-in services are not permitted at this time as we continue efforts to maintain patient safety.

Services

Community Clinic at Walgreens offers immediate treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. We help Community Health Network patients manage the treatment of chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma. We also offer a variety of vaccinations, including the flu shot.

Costs and Payment Options

Simple Pricing

Effective October 1, 2023, this location will no longer accept cash payments. All payments must be made by debit or credit card. Thank you for your cooperation with this change.

Community Clinic at Walgreens offers exceptional, quality care with simple pricing that’s right for your needs. When you check in, please let us know if you’d like to pay with debit or credit instead of billing insurance for your care*. If you choose this option, your visit will start at $99 for an examination and care for conditions listed in the Basic Care tier. Payment is due at time of service.

Based on your diagnoses and required treatment, additional services may be needed. If unavailable at Community Clinic at Walgreens, you may be referred to a Community MedCheck for Intermediate Care or Advanced Care services. Care options and pricing include the following:

  • Basic Care - $99
    • Includes examination and care for: Strep, flu, mono, cold, cough, congestion, bronchitis, earache, pink eye, skin conditions, UTI, minor injuries
  • Intermediate Care @ Community MedCheck - $169
    • Basic Care services plus: EKG, x-Ray, non-immunization injections
  • Advanced Care @ Community MedCheck - $219
    • Basic + Intermediate Care services plus: Burn care, splinting, dislocation, durable medical equipment, IV fluids, lacerations, abscess drainage, foreign body removal

*PRICING NOTES:

  • If you are covered under Medicare, Medicaid, or other government payors, you are not eligible for these payment options.
  • Lab tests not performed on-site will be an additional cost.
  • Other services priced individually include: TB skin tests, ear irrigation, breathing treatment, immunizations/vaccinations, physicals (camp/school/sports)

FAQ: Quick Answers About Walgreens Clinics

Can I get a COVID-19 test at Community Clinic at Walgreens? Yes, we offer COVID-19 testing as part of an evaluation. Rapid testing is available for symptomatic patients only. Send out PCR testing is available for asymptomatic patients, e.g., those who require a negative test result to return to work/school or for travel. Options may vary by location.

Do you accept insurance?  Yes, we accept insurance.

Do you accept self-pay?  Yes, we accept self-pay. Retail prices require payment at time of service.

Can I make an appointment online? Yes, you can book an appointment online.

What ages can you treat? We treat patients 12 months and older. For assistance scheduling appointments for children under one year of age, please call 317-355-9250.

What do I need for my visit? Please bring a valid ID, insurance card (if you have one) and form of payment.

Do I need to wear a mask? Patients and visitors with symptoms of illness are asked to wear a mask. One may be supplied to you upon entry if needed.

Do you offer sports/school/camp physicals? Yes, sports/school/camp physicals are available for patients in 12th grade and younger for $40.

Do you offer adult physicals? Yes, adult administrative physicals are $79.

Do you offer vaccinations? Yes, we offer a variety of vaccinations, from hepatitis, chickenpox, MMR and HPV to flu, pneumonia, shingles, Tdap and more.

Do you do lab testing? Yes, we offer diagnostic tests for flu, blood glucose, cholesterol (lipid panel), mononucleosis, strep throat, urinalysis, pregnancy tests and more.

Do you offer pregnancy testing? Yes, we can perform a urine pregnancy test.

Do you test for TB? Yes, we can do PPD/tuberculosis testing. Read visit required 48-72 hours after placement.

Do you offer travel health services? Yes, we can assist with travel vaccines and immunizations. Please call for more information prior to making an appointment.

Do you treat bladder infections/UTIs? Yes, we treat bladder infections.

Can you help treat asthma? Yes, we can help treat asthma.
