It's time to make a change.
If you are at least 100 pounds or more overweight, losing weight is not just a good idea - it is a medical necessity. Every week you wait and every pound you gain adds an increasing risk to your health and life. Severe obesity is difficult to treat with traditional diet and exercise. It often requires medical help to find the best, healthiest way to take off a significant amount of weight. When you're ready for a change, Dr. Steven M. Clark, Dr. Jingliang Yan, Dr. Eileen Thomason, and our team of bariatric and medical weight loss specialists can help you understand your options.
Please call us for details about information seminars. Our usual in-person seminars are on pause for patient and caregiver safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our program, based near Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, Indiana, pulls together an impressive group of professionals to help you make informed choices. Our program is nationally accredited, based on quality and safety standards. If bariatric surgery is the right path for you, we will give you extensive support before and after surgery so you can be successful. If bariatric surgery is not a good option for you, we also offer a physician-supervised weight loss program managed by a bariatrician who is specially trained to treat obesity.
Through our team approach, we can help you shed and keep off meaningful amounts of weight. Our skilled bariatric/general surgeon and nurses work closely with a psychologist trained in eating and weight-related issues, and a full program support team that includes a physician assistant and dietitian. Together, our team can help you achieve your lifestyle and weight loss goals and help you get back to a healthier and happier you!
