Sherwin G. Ibarra, MD
Dr. Ibarra currently practices at ACSC and MedCheck Anderson.
Kristin Golden, NP
Kristin Golden is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where she obtained a bachelor of science in nursing, and of Ball State University, where she earned a master's in nursing, focused on the Family Nurse Practitioner plan of study. Kristin is board certified by and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Kristin enjoys caring for others and helping them be the best possible versions of themselves. She is a health and wellness advocate, certified as a Natural Health Professional through Trinity School of Natural Health, and passionate about helping others attain their goals, maintain an active lifestyle, and enjoy life to its’ fullest!
Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Damon, and three children. Outside of providing care to others and spending time with her family, she enjoys all things crafty, baking, bicycling, being outdoors, creating fun memories with her family, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
Scott Haase, Health Coach
Scott received his bachelor of arts degree in elementary education (K-8) with a minor in athletic coaching from Saginaw Valley State University where Scott played baseball. Scott’s passion for health, fitness and nutrition began at an early age. His desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle while playing baseball led him to the field of health and wellness. In his free time, Scott enjoys watching, playing and coaching baseball, as well as hiking, biking and resistance exercise.
