Making lasting behavioral change is very difficult. Our lifestyle-promoting support group is designed to provide you with the tools necessary to help you make lasting changes in your life. The group provides support and accountability to allow time for healthy behaviors to “sink in” and become more habitual. Discussion, journaling and guest speakers will help you in becoming a healthier and happier person.

If you need individualized support, the Culture of Health program offers one-on-one sessions which allow you the time and privacy you need to come to terms with issues and concerns which may be getting in the way of a healthier lifestyle. Stress management, dealing with family and friends who might not be as supportive as you would like, and emotional eating are some of the issues which can be addressed. Individual sessions can be scheduled where you work and can be used in conjunction with group meetings or stand alone.
