Delizioso: Lemon sherbet with limoncello
Try this refreshing and tasty treat to stay cool during the hot days of summer!
- Lemon sherbet
- Limoncello (keep in freezer)
- Grated lemon zest
- Shortbread cookies (we like Pepperidge Farm®)
Using an ice cream scoop, place one scoop (1/2 cup) of sherbet in a dessert glass or bowl. Add approximately 1/4 cup of limoncello on top. Add a sprinkle of lemon zest and serve with a shortbread cookie.
