Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment help

Health Insurance Marketplace

The cost of providing quality care continues to increase and Community Health Network encourages everyone to get the healthcare they need. We realize that finding affordable coverage can be challenging. So we have partnered with The WellFund to develop a program that may be able to help you find affordable coverage. Insurance coverage is now more possible than ever before.

Need Health Insurance?

With the Affordable Care Act in place, the federal government offers those without health insurance several options through the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Marketplace can provide coverage for you and your family. In addition to helping our patients with Marketplace insurance, The WellFund’s Patient Advocates can assist with the application process for government programs such as Medicaid and Social Security benefits. Enrollment can happen online, on the phone or in person.

For enrollment assistance, call 855-365-9300 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

About the Marketplace

The Health Insurance Marketplace offers different types of health plans to meet a variety of needs and budgets. You'll get a clear picture of what premiums you'd pay and what benefits and protections you'd get before you enroll. Compare plans based on what's important to you, and choose the combination of price and coverage that fits your needs and budget.

Eligible Hoosiers can use Indiana's Health Insurance Marketplace to:

  • Compare health insurance options.
  • Select a plan that meets their individual budgets and needs, and check eligibility for reduced cost plans.
  • Find out if they're eligible for other public health coverage programs like Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
  • Enroll in coverage/update existing plan.
