Thank you for considering a gift to Community Howard Regional Health Foundation. Your gift will be used to provide patient assistance, staff training, and medical equipment to improve the quality and accessibility for the patients of Community Howard Regional Health. You may designate your gift to a specific purpose listed below. Gifts designated as "Where Needed Most" will be used to help fund the annual Board of Directors appropriation for equipment. If you desire, you may choose to make your gift in honor of or in memory of a loved one.
Memorial gifts of $200 or more will purchase a leaf on our Tree of Life. A memorial gift of $1,000 or more will purchase a bronze stone; a gift of $1,200 or more will purchase a bronze butterfly.
The Tree of Life symbolizes the connection between heaven and Earth: heaven through its branches and leaves, and Earth through its roots. It also symbolizes immortality through its death in winter and rebirth in spring. The Foundation’s Tree of Life display in the hospital’s east lobby provides a truly spectacular and moving remembrance of those we hold dear while acknowledging their eternal place in the cycle of life.
