Dr. Nancy Hutton is a life-long resident of Indianapolis who attended Franklin College of Indiana and graduated with highest distinction from Indiana University School of Nursing in 1980. In 1986, Dr. Hutton graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed residency in internal medicine at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Hutton has practiced occupational medicine since 1989, providing services for Community Health Network's Occupational Health Program since 1994, most recently as the medical director of the Hancock Regional Hospital Partnership with Community Occupational Health Program in Greenfield, Indiana.
Dr. Hutton specializes in a broad range of occupational health services including disability evaluation, executive level physical examination, pre-employment assessment, and occupation-related illness and injury management. She is an independent examiner for the state of Indiana and is certified as a medical review officer by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council.
Dr. Hutton is a member of the American College of Physicians and ASIM, the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and the American College of Preventive Medicine. She has published in peer review journals and has received the American Medical Association’s Physicians Recognition Award for continuing medical education.
