Moms and babies who are currently breastfeeding are welcome at our FREE support groups. During support group, moms are encouraged to feed their babies and talk with other mothers. A lactation consultant will be available to talk about basic concerns and answer questions about breastfeeding. You may also weigh your baby before and after feedings while at group. Pre-registration is required to attend group at Community Hospital North and Community Hospital South.

A certified yoga instructor will lead this weekly class, set amidst the natural beauty of Commuity Farm. Beyond physical exercise, the one-hour class will promote holistic well-being and a connection to nature.

Art class at Community Farm aims to foster creativity and mindfulness.

This one-session virtual class is taught by a lactation consultant and is part two of the Breastfeeding Basics class. The lactation consultant will dive deeper into pumping, types of pumps, milk storage, going back to work, and other helpful tips and tricks for your breastfeeding/pumping journey. Breastfeeding Basics should be taken prior to taking this class. We recommend taking this class during your third trimester. Dads and partners are encouraged to attend and do not need to register.

This one evening class discusses choices in the hospital setting to avoid medical intervention when possible. The instructor offers tips to use in pregnancy to encourage less medical intervention in labor. This class does not teach comfort measures for labor. For first time parents, it is preferred but not required, to complete the Birth and Baby series first.
