Meet the faculty and staff of the Community Health Network Podiatry Residency Program.

Michael Baker, DPM
Director

Michael Baker, DPM, DirectorDr. Baker is the director of the podiatric surgical residency program at Community Health Network. He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he completed business and medical courses and then graduated from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1993. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis in 1995. In 2005, he established Baker Foot Solutions practice starting with his first clinic, East Foot and Ankle. The practice is now part of Community Physician Network, with multiple locations in central Indiana. He and his partners also work in Community's wound care centers.

Dr. Baker is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and American Board of Podiatric Surgery (forefoot certified). He is also a certified wound specialist by the American Board of Wound Management.

Dr. Baker was born in Montreal, Canada and graduated from Delaware High School, in Delaware, Ohio.

Gregory Boake, DPM
Associate Director

Gregory Boake, DPM, Associate DirectorDr. Boake graduated from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1987. He completed his podiatric residency at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and American Board of Podiatric Surgery, in both forefoot/rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Boake is married and has two children.

 

Jason Gray, DPM
Core Faculty

Jason Gray, DPM, core facultyDr. Jason Gray is an Indiana native and was born in Merrillville, Indiana. He grew up in Roselawn where he graduated as salutatorian of his class at North Newton High School. Dr. Gray is a graduate of Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana with a bachelor degree in general health science and minor in psychology. He then attended Dr. William M. Scholl Collage of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and graduated as valedictorian. Dr. Gray completed residency at the Southeast Michigan Surgical Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He returned to Indiana to join Dr. Baker at Baker Foot Solutions in 2005. Dr. Gray is certified in foot surgery.

He currently resides in Pendleton, Indiana with his beautiful wife, Donitra, and his six wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with his family and their many different sporting activities.

Corey Groh, DPM
Core Faculty

Corey Groh, DPMDr. Groh is a proud native Hoosier. He attended Indiana University in Bloomington and achieved his doctor of podiatric medicine degree in Chicago. Dr. Groh is double board certified in foot surgery and rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He enjoys all aspects of podiatry, but has special interest in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, ankle replacements, deformity correction, limb salvage, revision procedures, and trauma. Dr. Groh also has extensive experience working with pediatric patients.

Dr. Groh shares his expertise with residents in training at Community Health Network, as well as numerous medical education institutions, and enjoys learning from them as well.

In his free time, Dr. Groh, enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running, and shooting hoops. He also is a fervent supporter of IU athletics, the Pacers and the Colts.

Tiffany Koch, DPM
Core Faculty

Tiffany Koch, DPM, Core FacultyDr. Koch was born and raised in Washington state. She earned her doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Midwestern University. She completed her three-year podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Community Health Network in Indianapolis. Dr. Koch is board certified in foot surgery and board qualified in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Koch is proud to stay in the Indianapolis area to continue working with her colleagues, teaching with the residency program, and serving her wonderful patients.

She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, traveling and hiking.

Jessica Taulman-Young, DPM
Core Faculty

Jessica Taulman-Young, DPM, Core FacultyDr. Taulman-Young grew up in northwest Indiana and graduated from Rensselaer Central High School. She then went to Indiana University where she received a BS with a double major in Nutrition Science and Dietetics. Following her undergraduate work, Dr. Taulman-Young completed her medical education at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She then returned to Indiana to complete her residency in podiatric medicine and surgery with added credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery from Community Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. She remains involved in the residency program.

She is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American College of Podiatric Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
