He is very professional Dr. Answering any questions you have. Telling you what is next as well as what is going on with you. As soon as he knew I had a lump on my leg he sent me stay to get a ultrasound.know guessing, he wanted to know what was going on, and explain if it was this what was going to happen and if it was that this is what he's going to do.i liked hearing that.

He did not introduce himself when he enter the exam room. Seemed a little distance.

Dr. Mallela listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions. He then gave me a plan to follow to address my issues. He was willing to see me again to access my progress in 6 weeks, rather than 6 months, which was typical with other doctors I had seen in the past.

In less than 5 minutes he told me I had no heart problems, but get a stress test. That is good news for me, but I am not sure I would want to see him again.

As I stated earlier any problem that comes up has been taken care of quickly.

Never have to wait long and he always answers my questions.

It was a very quick visit. I have never been to a cardiologist, he spent maybe 4 minutes in the room. I don’t think he knows me.

He was very concerned about my health and me as a person. Very comfortable with him and how he chose to treat me as a patient. I have confidence that he will do what is best for me in the future as my Test results come in. I trust his judgement and him and my nurse that was with him.

This was my first visit. Dr. changed 2 medications for my hypertension problems. He also ordered cardiac tests to better understand my situation. I was impressed with the quick actions he took.

Dr. MALLELA is an excellent Dr. and listens to your concerns

It seemed like he talked to his nurse more than he did to me. He didn't explain the tests he was ordering or what their purpose is. I know that it was my first visit and he doesn't have a lot of information yet, but it would help with my anxiety to know what he ordered the different tests.

Dr. Mellela was great about explaining what was going on with my health issue and made me feel more at ease with his plan to treat me.

Doctor answered all are questions n was patient with my 88 year old mother.

Dr Mallela listened to my concerns and was very straightforward with what i needed to do for my health.

I'm hard of hearing and Dr. Mallela speaks very softly and with an accent that is hard for me to follow. Otherwise, I trust his judgment.

Raj is a bit quiet and cold towards patients. Also, if he would explain WHY he is looking at or poking at or changing meds or anything else, would go along way. Maybe a 'people skills' conference?

He is the greatest doctor. He is extremely smart and very caring. Wouldn't have anyone else.

The doctor was in a hurry he didn’t care about anything I had to say, didn’t care that I have a strong family history of heart issues in my family, didn’t really want to hear that I’ve had this issue long before Covid ever hit and it is worse now. I am happy that he is running tests on me but I basically felt like he could have cared less, the visit was very very short when he came into the room he asked me a few questions ordered the tests told me he’s not gonna treat me until I get results back and that if it comes back one way he will do nothing because it’s because of Covid and if it comes back another he will treat me

Dr. Mallela treats you as an individual, gives you opportunity to ask questions. He explains things and makes sure you understand, then the NP remains with you and goes over things, they just really make every effort to make sure you understand your care and let you know they are there for you.
