Community Health Direct Provider Relations is dedicated to providing high quality services to our credentialed providers and their staff. These services include, but are not limited to escalated claims issues, fee schedule disputes, network education and prior authorization delays.
Carol Boyd and Dawn Widgery are Community Health Direct's Provider Relations Analysts. They are the liaison and gatekeeper between all providers/groups in the Community Health Direct Network and commercial payors.
