Support Oncology Care

Help cancer fighters tie everything together.

When a person is diagnosed with cancer, they have more to worry about than their bank account. They have more pressing concerns than paying for gas to get to treatment or affording groceries on top of their medical bills.

SUPPORT

That’s why Community Health Network has the Oncology Patient Assistance Fund, which provides gift cards for groceries, gas and medication to cancer patients in financial need. Soon, the program will provide enhanced transportation options and short-term housing for long-term treatments.

By supporting this fund, you can help bring relief to a cancer patient’s life, so they can concentrate on what truly matters — fighting the strongest fight possible.

A cancer diagnosis is always scary, but uniquely so during pregnancy. Community’s oncologists worked to get Kelly from “patient” back to “parent.”

Gas for the doctor’s visit. Groceries to put food on the table. Medicine to help in the battle against cancer. The Oncology Patient Assistance Fund takes care of basic needs.

Give cancer patients room to care about their care.
