Community Clinic at Walgreens offers easy access to medical care when you are sick or hurt and need help quickly. See us for minor illnesses and injuries and for help with managing chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma. We also offer a variety of vaccinations, including the flu shot. Make an appointment online, call us or just walk in.

There are 12 Community Clinic at Walgreens locations to serve you throughout the Indianapolis area. To make an appointment, you may schedule online above or call 855-626-7761. Thank you!

Hours

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Community Clinic at Walgreens locations are closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
Community Clinic at Walgreens locations are open on the following holidays, but may have special hours: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.

Community Clinic at Walgreens treats patients 12 months and older. Please call 317-621-2727 for further assistance with scheduling appointments for children under one year of age.

Illness and Injury

Up to $59Patient exams are available for new or returning patients who have ongoing health conditions, aches and pains, minor illnesses or injuries, UTIs, and/or skin conditions.

*Charges may be higher based on the length and complexity of your visit, such as if you need care for an advance condition or have more than one health condition. Additional charges may be charged and incurred, for instance, if diagnostic tests and treatments, lab or other additional services are provided.

Physicals

Administrative, camp, school and sports physicals are convenient and affordable at Community Clinic at Walgreens. Physicals are not typically covered by insurance. Forms requiring provider completion must be presented at time of visit.
