Eight Community Clinic at Walgreens locations are now open and we look forward to seeing you! All locations serve patients who do NOT have respiratory symptoms (see symptom list below).
Same-day online appointment scheduling is now available. Walk-in services are not permitted at this time as we continue efforts to maintain patient safety. Choose a time slot for your preferred location at the top of the page.
Community Clinic at Walgreens offers easy access to medical care when you are sick or hurt and need help quickly. See us for minor illnesses and injuries and for help with managing chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and asthma. We also offer a variety of vaccinations, including the flu shot. Community Clinic at Walgreens treats patients 12 months and older.
Community Clinic at Walgreens locations will provide services for patients who have illnesses or injuries who do NOT have the following symptoms*:
- Shortness of breath
- Muscle/body aches
- New loss of smell/taste
- Sore throat
*Patients with the above symptoms may visit any MedCheck location, which provide a safe point of access for urgent medical care. You may also call 317-355-9250 to be scheduled with a provider or get virtual care 24/7 at eCommunity.com/virtualcare (use code HOME20 for a $20 visit).
Note: We are unable to perform on-demand COVID-19 testing at this time.
Appointments & Visitor Guidelines
All visits must be scheduled (walk-ins are unavailable). Patients may schedule a time online through the Save a Spot tool at the top of this page.
Visitor Guidelines: To ensure social distancing and the safety of all patients, only the scheduled patient may enter the clinic. An exception can be made for one adult accompanying a minor child that is a patient, or the elderly, disabled or those who require assistance.
There are eight Community Clinic at Walgreens locations to serve you throughout the Indianapolis area. Please schedule same-day appointments through the Save a Spot tool at the top of the page. We offer affordable prices for patients not paying with insurance. Retail prices require payment at time of service.
Patient exams are available for new or returning patients who have ongoing health conditions, aches and pains, minor illnesses or injuries, UTIs, and/or skin conditions.

*Charges may be higher based on the length and complexity of your visit, such as if you need care for an advance condition or have more than one health condition. Administrative, camp, school and sports physicals are convenient and affordable at Community Clinic at Walgreens. Physicals are not typically covered by insurance. Forms requiring provider completion must be presented at time of visit.

We offer diagnostic tests and treatment for blood glucose monitoring, strep and mono diagnosis and more, as well as vaccine services, including flu. We also provide travel health services.
