Location
This position is located in Anderson, Indiana.

Duties
The Triage Registered Nurse functions as a member of the physician practice team. The Triage RN duties include taking incoming and outgoing triage phone calls from patients, scheduling appointments, prescription refills, nurse visits, contacting patients with lab and test results, and providing patient education. The Triage RN may assist with rooming patients when needed

Experience
Two years or more of nursing experience preferred. Previous medical office experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.

Education
Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program, or three years related professional nursing experience.

License
Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Skills
Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; self-directed. Able to prioritize medial emergency phone calls, explain lab/test results, and communicate effectively within the patients level of understanding.
