The Supervisor of Practice Operations is located in Geist Indiana.

The Operation Supervisor will supervise with support of the manager. The Operations Supervisor will assist with all human resources issues for non-clinical staff including staffing, hires, terminations, recognition, retention, discipline, coaching staff, providing regular and timely performance review, creating improvement plans as needed, and help staff understand performance outcomes needed to meet overall goals and delivery of strong customer service.

5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment in the areas of front office and/or customer service, with 2 years front office supervision or lead experience, billing background desired

Bachelor’s Degree Required

  • Microsoft office applications, use of practice management software, and payroll processing
  • Demonstrates a functional and technical understanding of applicable scheduling and billing software, Web-based applications, and electronic medical record technology
  • Ability to supervise diverse staff, not centralized to one location 
  • Systems thinking, ability to prioritize Demonstrated ability in communication, negotiation, creativity, flexibility and problem solving
