The Supervisor, Outpatient Behavioral Health is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Duties
  • Assists manager in supervision, administrative management, facilitation and monitoring the day-to-day function of program.
  • Supports and promotes the program philosophy, vision and mission.
  • 50% of time with clients providing therapeutic services and 50% of time in a supervisor role.
Experience
  • 3 – 5 years of Master’s level clinical service delivery and understanding of the continuum of inpatient and outpatient care and evidence-based clinical programming.
Education
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field.
License
  • Licensed by the State of Indiana in one of the following: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Workers), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) required
Skills
  • Ability to function independently
  • Problem solving abilities/good judgment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including flexibility, persistence, and patience
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Possesses relationship building and team building skills
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision in accordance with State service requirements
  • Ability to provide crisis supervision / support to staff when requested
