What you will do:

The Sr Talent & Organizational Development Specialist will support Network solutions in the following areas:

  • Workforce Engagement
  • Talent Management
  • Leadership Development
  • High Performer and High Potential Development
  • Executive Coaching
  • Change Management
  • Organization Design
  • Succession Planning
  • Performance Management Initiatives


What you will need:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Talent & Organizational Development or related field required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certification in Project Management, Human Capital Management Software, and/or Behavioral Assessments will identify preferred candidates


Your exceptional skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work on multiple project components at the same time
  • Functional/technical expertise in workforce engagement, organizational effectiveness, or performance management
  • Knowledge of workforce engagement, executive and employee learning and development, various talent management programs including succession planning and performance management, organization design, culture / experience, and change management
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
  • Expert change and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to quickly understand an organization’s business priorities
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors
  • Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
