Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the enterprise Microsoft SQL Database environment
  • Implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and resource monitoring and support documentation 
  • Ability to develop and maintain good, long lasting customer relationships
  • Work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor degree strongly preferred 
  • High School diploma required with a minimum of five (5) years of experience 
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience supporting Microsoft server technologies in an enterprise environment
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL server in an enterprise environment including Microsoft Cluster Servers
  • Specialist in Windows support (Microsoft certification preferred) with a focus on SQL
  • Experience Scripting/automation with PowerShell is preferred
  • Experience with other technologies preferred (Vmware, Citrix, Shavlik (Ivanti), Microsoft Exchange, Cisco UCS hardware)
  • Healthcare experience with Epic EMR beneficial
