Location
The Senior Behavioral Health Clinician position is located at the Behavioral Health Pavilion within Community Hospital North.

Duties

  • Assists program manager in administrative management and coordination of programs
  • Supports and promotes the program philosophy, vision, and mission
  • Helps manager be aware of program concerns when manager is not on location as well as assist the program manager in addressing local staff and program needs
Experience
Two (2) years experience in behavioral health field

Education
Bachelor’s degree required

Skills
  • Must be able to function independently and/or collaboratively as a team member
  • Must possess relationship building and team building skills
  • Knowledge of systems theory and change theory and can apply concepts as they relate to implementation of role responsibilities
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills and capacity
Additional Information
New hire will primarily work on the SMI (Severe Mental Ill) unit. The hours my slightly vary, some weekends required.
