Where you fit in
The Sr. Application Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for our Oracle Business Intelligence/Hyperion/DRM systems, software installation, configuration, and maintenance. They will work closely with customers while striving to provide a high degree of customer support.

Your exceptional skills
  • Knowledge of how to run Load Plans in OBI
  • Perform Export & Purge weekly ODI Log File. Clear out OBI Application Cache and have the ability to Stop & ReStart ODI, EssBase Services
  • OBIEE installation, upgrade, support, and performance tuning experience in large volume production environments for (OBIA); including OBI 12c
  • Ability to perform OBIEE 12c tuning and troubleshooting, backup and recovery of OBIEE environments and have a good understanding of SSL security
  • Skilled in the use of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Need to be able to understand existing ETL as well as build out and implement new ETL. Monitor and troubleshoot ODI issues.
Your exceptional qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in information technology or healthcare related field is preferred with 4 + years of relevant experience OR 2 years as a CHN Applications Analyst
  • Experience with OBIEE preferred
  • A proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements showing the ability to trouble-shoot complex technical data issues.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniques
