Job Location
The Speech Language Pathologist -Inpatient position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.


Job Duties
  • Performs professional Speech Therapy activities in accordance with the agency’s policies and the physician plan of treatment to promote positive health outcomes and quality services to patients
  • Administers diagnostic speech therapy evaluations and provide direct speech therapy
  • Completes patient documentation and department paperwork within given time guidelines
  • Counsels and instructs patient and/or family in specific techniques, current status, and prognosis

Experience
  • One year experience in the practice of Speech Therapy required, Modified barium swallow study experience required, NICU/pediatric speech therapy experience a plus, Laryngectomy/TEP experience a plus, FEES/videostroboscopy experience a plus



Education
Masters of Speech Language Pathology


License
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana. Certification of Clinical Competence required. Certified Healthcare Provider CPR.
