Job Location
The Speech Language Pathologist -Home Health position will cover Madison, Delaware, and Henry Counties. 


Job Duties
  • Performs professional Speech Therapy activities in accordance with the agency’s policies and the physician plan of treatment to promote positive health outcomes and quality services to patients
  • Administers diagnostic speech therapy evaluations and provide direct speech therapy
  • Conducts initial evaluations within 3 business days or 48 hours of physician’s orders for therapy only patients, or as ordered by physician


Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of Home Care or Hospice experience preferred, but not required
E-Stim, (NMES like Vitalstim)
All areas of speech therapy-cognitive, speech, and swallowing (or dysphagia)

Education
Masters of Speech Language Pathology


License
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana.Certification of Clinical Competence required. Certified Healthcare Provider CPR.

  • Compassionate, professional Speech Language Pathologist with excellent organizational, communication and critical thinking skills
