Job Location
The Sourcing Manager position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Duties

  • The Sourcing Manager assumes responsibilities for researching, monitoring and maintaining the procurement process for assigned division under the Director of Supply Chain Management
  • This role will collaborate with Clinical Value Analysis Teams and other Site Sourcing Managers by communicating and aggregating the Network’s demand for these lines of products.
Experience
  • Minimum of five years of customer service experience, preferably with a procurement background.
  • Experience with financial analysis, specifically spreadsheet analysis and database management.
Education
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of business experience.

Skills

  • Ability to collaborate with clinical and Information Technology (IT) management in the procurement of capital and IT related equipment, related disposable supplies and service agreements.
  • Ability to establish business to business relationships with suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze purchase and service agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate with Finance Department in the reporting of Capital expenditures related to on-going projects.
  • Proficient ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office suite.
