We are seeking a full-time Sr RN Project Manager in our north-side Indianapolis, IN offices.  If you're a Registered Nurse with Project Manager experience, this may be perfect for you!

What you will do:
  • Responsible for fostering strategic partnerships and communication between academic and practice partners to ensure successful implementation of the HRSA grant goals and objectives
  • Serves in a formal facilitator/project manager role, providing operational oversight/administration for the project

What you will need:
  • BSN required
  • Registered Nurse with three (3) years relevant clinical experience
  • 5 years Project Management experience in physician practice setting required
  • Previous experience in managing healthcare business/physician office required
  • Ability to manage large scale project to meet the terms of the grant
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Critical Thinking skills
