Job Location

The Revenue Cycle Coordinator position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Duties

• Responsible for claims filing in accordance with the rules and regulations of the payers and other duties
• Designing, implementing and supporting business and administrative analytics within revenue cycle areas
• Developing reports with key performance indicators, metrics, data points and formula to support management objectives


• Three years of data, financial or business analysis experience required
• Prior experience in Patient Accounts in claims processing and health information systems preferred


• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required


• Strong knowledge of billing requirements, rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of claim processing time limitations
• Demonstrated reading skills to interpret instructions, manuals, insurance forms and patient correspondence
• Ability to work with peers in a team situation, supervise and create a positive work environment for team members
• Experience in data extraction and database creation
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel
